[Aspie] Thinking about the past makes me so depressed

I avoid it at all costs. 

I allowed it to happen today due to properplebian baiting me with evil lies in another thread. It brought back horrible memories of my social trauma. I cannot bear to remember the suffering that I was forced to endure

Sometimes I accidentally think of the past when I lie in bed at night. It jolts me right awake and I have to wait until I calm down again, so I can try to get to sleep
