Nah. there is a provision saying  being under influence at work is a major misconduct, but it also says you can only get tested if there is reasonable doubt you are in that condition

In practice it's either
1. People noticing and you getting fired for geberic reasons because you just suck
2. People noticing and you earning the rep of an alc, but staying intact unless you really go overboard with it
