imagine this:
1. taxes don't exist
2. everything you see, all the infrastructure in the country is built and owned by private corporations
3. there is a number of corporations owning all the, for example, roads in the country
4. for some reason or for different reasons, all those corporations fail and suddenly there is not a single corporation providing road traveling service
5. railroads have been completely abandoned by now, because one thought it would be profitable and sustainable as a business model
6. there are airports everywhere and a bunch of companies providing access to them as their most important service, but they are aware of the situation, so they are charging insane amounts for you just to land on their airport and keep your aircraft there for a couple of hours, let alone longer. there are also capacity limitations, so they can't exactly have 200 planes and helicopters there at once, leading to even higher prices. you are completely powerless against them and their terms because their prices are set by the invisible hand of the market; the government intervening would mean regression to the most fundamental and brutal communist/socialist regime imaginable.
how do you get to work/relatives/a girlfriend/tourist destinations/any place you want to visit?
