the point of my tongue in cheek comment was to imply you all you NPCs are parroting muh "spatial intelligence" ITT like it's some superpower irl, while, when it comes to iq and iq test talk, you are saying that same stuff (if you mean it as in "solving puzzles/matrices", hence my fucking question) is just random bullshit and doesnt mean anything as, and even using it to argue that the concept of iq is bullshit.
I do believe that the spatial part of the IQ test has a connection to real life tasks requring spatial intelligence. Though you can probably get a better idea of spatial intelligence by observing people perform these tasks. Or you can look at performance in mathematics, physics, etc..
The core IQ criticism of people like Taleb goes in a different direction, from what I understand. I am skeptical of IQ worship, and yet I do not believe the test is 'random'.
