it's basically an award for being the best nerd+asskisser+tryhard+cuck in your area, and you get what in return? everyone hates you (and 99% of haters are morons who dont even know why they hate you, which makes it harder to deal with) and you have to go on boring meetings and talk with random cucks every day. not to mention having to travel around the country to be present at shitty village manifestations, ceremonies and anniversaries. it won't make you particularly rich either, and influence and position-based "assets" come and go anyway
