i was vegan for a long time and tbh it didn't make me feel better, what did help was waterfasting cycles and when i am eating i eat a lot of healthy foods all at once, so no food to induce autophagy plus lots of healthy food to repair the body and cells, i did dat for like a year and it de-aged me and i looked younger, like 3 years younger than i should.
