I've been walking for hours each day

The lame part is that there are no paths here and all fields are private land (I have been harassed by a farmer for walking in field recently). This means that I have to walk on roads without footpaths, which is uncomfortable due to fast cars flying around the bendy country roads

12.6 miles is the most I've walked in one go (walked a few miles later that day, coming home from a bar)

I've tried barefoot walking but ended up tearing the soles of my feet apart

I'm 115kg/253lbs atm
