the issue is that blacks are assumed to be just as capable as others on average and so all differences in outcomes are considered a result of discrimination not genetic differences. because of this the systems throw a bunch of money at them wastefully and give them preferential treatment at universities and in hiring putting the incompetent in positions they should not be in. it makes society much worse. if it was publicly discussed we this might change
