I wouldn't say I'm completely sane, but probably the social interaction from this forum (and 4chan/reddit/x to a smaller extent) keeps my brain from further deteriorating.

I'm certain that if I had no access to the internet I'd become totally detached from reality and go insane.

Makes sense. This forum is dead tho. I feel like i was doing better when i was .org cos there were so many users i interacted with...
