You can't have a society that is simultaneously monogamous, has 'marital rape' laws, prostitution banned, feminsm and low divorces. Meaning a society where women have all the rights and none of the responsibilities.
There are no social consequences and this no accountability for violations of spousal clause. This why in those cultures there is no rape between spouses. They go a step up beyond the social renforcement of 1950s America and leverage state powers
