how do I stop oversleeping

I just don't wanna get too much and oversleep looks like it doesn't matter anyway

i'm just rethinking my whole life because i realized how not normal it is to take 60 mg of ambien, 8 mg of benzos like xanax, drink a 1 l of wine in one go and still be almost cognitively intact (obviously i'm overestimating it, but the average person would black out from consuming 10% of that)
