i dont doubt it, but is it due lung or heart function? i think smoking is worse on heart than it is on lungs

cardiovascular system bears brunt of the damage from oxidative stress maybe ur lungs get fucked primarily but heart is takin bleed and poison damage which scales heavily late-game
