I don't follow arm wrestling but it's one of the few high T sports I find remotely interesting. these guys have retarded grip strength, I saw a vid of cyplenkov crushing walnuts with his bare hands.

the only high T sport is greek wrestling but the traditional one that includes anal penetration to the loser.
