He doesn't talk in detail about plastic surgery in his books, obviously. If you wanna learn about that, just consult a surgeon or go on realself.

I'm talking about the "blackpill" philosophy. Once you become obsessed with plastic surgery as a man, something has already gone wrong. It's for women.

As a man, you should care about status, being fit and all that stuff.
