I met a psychiatrist for my army exemption, who was from the start very rude to me. She wouldn't let me finish my sentences and was responding with irony and mocking me throughout my visit.
For example, as I got in, she's like "Good day, sit down. And tell me the purpose of your visit"
and because I was a bit stressed I put in some filler words at start "I wanted to talk to you about the possibility..." and she interrupted me with "THIS ISN'T A PSYCHOTHERAPY SESSION TELL ME THE PURPOSE OF YOUR VISIT"
And she repeated that when I tried to answer again, so I directly told her I want exemption from the army.
And she tried to own me again "Sir we don't give exemptions here, the army committee does."
And it went like that for 10 minutes, which spiked my cortisol. But she agreed to eventually give me a paper after I convinced her that I'm depressed and suffering from panic attacks.
My conclusive thoughts were that even though I vaguely know what I want to talk about I can't deliver it in a sharp accurate manner. This is something I have to work on for sure.
