Extremely difficult question, but I would say that it’s the expression of the awareness as perceived by an outside observer. 
However, this definition would make it very closely related to intelligence, because a noteworthy expression requires noteworthy intelligence

This also implies that creativity can’t be something that individuals are unaware of producing, ergo, it’s over for most “artists”
