The regions that are underdeveloped in the autistic (such as awareness of social cues) are overdeveloped in the cluster a personality. 

So, the extreme autistic person might not even perceive a negative reaction to his behavior, while the extreme cluster a schizophrenic overinterprets the negative reaction and thinks the person is out to kill them.
