when some colleague of mine approaches me with "respected mr -surname-, blablabla" I'll interrupt them and say "there is no need for that, colleague. you can call me -my first name-". then, when they lighten up and start with "ok, -my first name-, blablabla", i'll interrupt them again and just say "i was joking"
