no. from german-speaking area, only these (usually just MOs, rarely other works): von savigny, kant/hegel/fichte/schelling, heidegger, feuerbach, kelsen, carnap, weber, jellinek, von pufendorf, goethe, husserl, adorno, habermas, wittgenstein, mach, feyerabend, neurath. probably some more, this is off the top of my head
