I think soaps and perfumes and stuff like that would be the absolute worst in terms of exposure 

I use mostly non-fragrant extremely mild alternatives found in pharmacies 

Has made my skin much nicer

i avoid anything aerosol, but its due to me having allergies, unfortunately normies dont, so i have to deal with it anyway. but yeah perfumes sucks, and so does those weird incenses that you have mentioned, but then again house cleaning products aside powders are definitely poisonous and way worse than those incenses
