they are judge, jury, and executioner. in fact this literally used to be the case not that long ago (lobotomies, nazi's)
the irony is a lot these people are more mentally ill than the patients. the bitch who whisked me away to a mental hospital, under false pretenses at my dads behest, was some 700lb heifer with a walker who had to waddle everywhere.
