I was thinking about this. My sister in the middle of a conversation said men are more superficial than women as if it's a well established fact. I considered bringing up blackpill research papers that disprove this but I opted to just ignore her totally because I didn't want to come off as an aspie. But forreal. I think that's how most people view the situation. Women are gentle, artsy and romantic while men are cold-blooded, superficial and only care about busting a nut.

and to an extent, we are kidding ourselves

every human on the planet is superficial (hot take, i know) and there's no way around it. there's a reason we have the best eyes, people will cope and say "it's so we can hunt better!" but it's total crap. it's so we can judge other people better on  a superficial basis

I don't disagree. Us humans are animals and our biology dictates our behavior. 

Although I would argue we have the best eyes so that we can post on forums and binge watch movies and porn.
