I always associate people who get jaw implants with those botched "spend 500k to look like david beckham" idiots

or those braindead bimbos who over dofilling their lips with plastic and end up looking straight scary (very comparable to "just one more rep" gymtards who end up looking like baloons and make everyone lol at them while thinking they have hulk tier rep and aura)
