does exercise help you? I feel more depressed than usual during the winter (SAD, Seasonal Affective Disorder), but also I have OCD throughout the entire year which also causes me to feel lots of anxiety and depressive thoughts, it gets worse if I stay inside all day so I usually have to leave the house so that I can clear my mind
