I have no equipment I just do bicep curls and ladybugs and pushups and squats and other stuff I don't really train my back well I think
pull ups are very difficult, i can do around 15 but it's only because i don't weigh much, i almost never meet people that can do more than 8 if they aren't S tier gymcels/calistheniccels
