The funny thing is that if you asked literally anyone that sat besides us when we met etc etc they would all say that the chance is still there and that nothing has happened, she never openly rejected me or anything, she was never rude or anything of the sort of course, laughed at everything, it's just that the sparkle in the eyes is not there, pretty incomprehensible for the average guy that doesn't know what female attraction looks like.

yeah. without this, it's an automatic degradation to 2nd tier connection. you could probably get her if persistent enough, but that doesn't hit as hard as mutual butterflies straight out of first eye contact
