But what is the endgame? Slightly more testosterone (or even a lot) is not going to make any big difference honestly.
You can also observe this with other hormones, neurotransmitters, life events, etc.
Dark can increase serotonin, but so can food. But slightly changing things is not going to be groundbreaking.
Yeah for sure, thats why pharmaceutical T is key. It increases your testosterone A LOT and not just SLIGHTLY. Like you can go from 700 to 2000 ng/dl with pharmaceutical T

And as we all know . T have BIG EFFECT on social behaviour, social status, pheromones etc.
