I'm thinking this regimen

- Step 1: Start with sensitizing your dopamine receptors and upregulate them for 3 months. You do this with Antipsychotics, Nofap, Noporn and Vitamin B8 (Inositol) . Those things will upregulate n sensitize receptors.

Step 2: After having done a 3 months period of upregulating your receptors. You can now start increasing the production of dopamine because now you will benefit more from that since your receptors are more sensitive and because you have more receptors. Produce dopamine by taking Dopamine Agonists/Parkinsons medication such as Pramipexole and Cabergoline

Interesting points though. Your first step, specially about nofap, noporn is quite common already in the manosphere though, so I'd say it wouldn't be too hard to do so as you'd get more support, but it's easier said than done indeed.

As for point two yeah, we've already talked about these medications, although it'd be hard to get them: doctors often don't want to let you have it, so you have left online pharmacies although if you don't have cash you won't cun have them.
