Considering the amount of alcohol you drink then its very likely you have high estrogen levels. Alcohol is heavily pro-estrogenic

that's a recent development (never drank a lot before the end of april 2022), but i m obviously low t/high e regardless. neurotic, with low control of impulses, compulsive, confrontational etc
