fructose is actually pro insulin, and has close to zero insulin activation, sugar is also pretty close, the more complex the carb the more it activates insulin. Eating a slice of bread is equivalent to eating like 5 TABLESPOONS of sugar, and we need sugar or fructose since without it we r in oxidative stress and releasing ffa, i was also keto and carni and even fasted for 2 weeks, i done all this shit but it no good. not to mention u need glycogen stores in liver if u want to do any sort of physical activity without getting cancer. as to fat u need to eat like 400g of pure sugar in a day to even start synthesizing fat from it. A healthy metabolic cell will only produce enough energy to create the steroids if it has steady access to glucose and will produce co2 which is basically a positive cycle of energy, the opposite side of that is metabolic stress which is basically keto which will burn fat leave cells in low energy levels overburden ur body with lactic acid have ur cells absorb calcium and eventually get cancer, not to mention cells not having enough energy to makke steroids and only make estrogen, there was a study that got really famous recently cos it showed T levels in testes decreasing by about 80% after a 2 day fast. Also carni and keto lads seem to be ok but their high cholesterol levels are a sign of their body not using it, people think high cholesterol causes heart disease but its reverse logic its a protective substance, ur body should be turning cholesterol into steroids so u need to be eating a lot of it but if cholesterol is high in ur body it means ur not using it, which is what happens to ketolads.
