it is very painful, i didn't grow bone from it the first couple times because i didn't wanna hit hard

but one time i was really upset/angry on like 2 or 3mg xanax so i did it really hard with a hammer and it didn't hurt as much

and a few days later protrusions of bone were where i hit the hardest, i waited for swelling to go and it was still there

now i can still sometimes hit that hard but it's very painful and i usually can't do it as well, i have been taking f phenibut i will take next time before i do it for slight disinhbition, nothing compared to the xanax though

hmm, maybe i should try it. But idk if the bone will regrow all bad n chit you know what i mean jfl
