• the Jews reobtained the land through entirely peaceful and legal means initially
  
• the Palestinians have repeatedly rejected a two state solution that the Jews have been receptive to
  
• the Arabs were actually given more land than the Jews in the wake of ww1 (they got Jordan)
  
• Israel wins at might is right
