I tried showering more, it felt good but my procrastination and laziness prevented it 

Plus I think have OCD so I spend hours in the shower. If I'm not fully clean might as well be more filthy instead of half assedly showering

That is an average day for me, sometimes I coom 10+ times that I lose count, once i did nofap for 8 days and I relapsed during the night fapping and cooming well into afternoon. Can't remember the exact number but must be 15 or even higher. I recently started taking L-Citrulline/arginine and there was still coom coming off after cooming 6 times. 

To think that If I didn't start being a coomer when I was 11 I would be a slayer right now. My lowered T levels stunted my growth
