plus you're comparing modern numbers to mass incarceration numbers, the overall trend in crime overall is rising. lets compare a modern nigger criminal's rap sheet to one from 1950 and we can see if why crime rates obviously wouldn't have "dropped", niggers weren't let out to reoffend in the past. i wonder if those libtard charts separate each instance of nigger crime or do they just count 100 nigger crimes as one if it's done by 1 nigger
