[Aspie] what's the point of not guilty by reason of insanity

does it make a difference whether someone was too retarded or crazy to be held accountable? whatever behavior they exhibited that led to the crime is obviously a manifestation of their brain/genetics. why does their behavior being catalogued in the dsmv make any difference? what's the purpose of having different legal standards for crazies/blacks other than the emotional response to seeing a potato get hanged?

seems it's just another jewish method of letting criminals off the hook
