it does shift your mood (otherwise i wouldnt be drinking), but highs are shittier and way more tense than the ones hypnotics and benzos give you. not to mention all the other damage alc is doing to your body (so do pills, but it's way more limited)

i m a fag for still emptying bottles on a daily basis, tbh. it's only really been otherworldly for the first couple of months, now it's a legit chore
