few days ago i was fixing up an old asus notebook for a friend of an immediate relative. weirdly i saw something that ive never seen before, probably because i am zoomer. so, that old asus notebook has a slider button that you push to cover and uncover the camera, giving it an in-built privacy mechanism. now, does that exist anymore? definitely not, and the reason cybernetics went from abstract to what currently is the second cold war of technology, is because of cameras, that definitely comes first, and not that camera of a marketplace or public space, no, the billions of cameras that are everywhere, and of course, that theres also sound recording, all because of 'smartphones' - even if you are a ghost online, its possible that a parent or relative or friend or even college or work or anything public that you are obliged to self data fill and hand over, your photos are probably out there and they were used to train 'AI'
