how does your face look so lean considering all the alc intake? it does look worn out by it and drug consumption, but you dont have that revolting puffy look i (and most alcoholics) have

If I over indulge like binge drink for days on end and eat crap my face puffs up, but I'm trying to lose weight atm so I'm not stuffing my face and drinking beer all day
