I like this, it makes you "think more" when giving out reps, you aren't mindlessly spam-repping anyone and plus people with actual good posts get all the rep

also creates a lot of forum activity by forcing people to reply and since they're more expresthan cage or banderas reacts, they add a lot of discussion

Yeah you're quite right, I've noticed it as well. You need to think more when you reply and give reps, however I've sometimes found myself endlessly procrastinating the act of replying just for trying to give nice answers tho
