A couple of years ago I've ordered a large pizza from this mid tier restaurant. Some grumpy person (turns out it was the chef) said that will be done when it's done. So I was waiting and waiting...10 PM and still no pizza, they were already closing.
So tomorrow I complained via e-mail and the owner contacted me apologizing, and he said that I just call again to receive a free pizza. Supposedly his investigation was futile because none of the staff claimed that they know about the incident.
So I called them again and the same asshole answers: "Your must order something with that pizza"!.
I've sent them another mail that I won order ever again and that was it.
