keep the lateral raises but fuck everything else, and instead add pushups and situps/legraises to your routine. you can add more decline as you get stronger pushups and eventually try hanging leg raises when u can do maybe 60 consecutive situps. .. dont forget that all this effort is futile if u dont eat enough btw
