And physical phones are not the same as a non physical concept like rights. "rights can be given, held, or lost, just like anything else that exists" A right is defined as a entitlement to do something or act in a certain way, and if that doesn't hold true 100% of the time its a falsehood, like money. These things only exist as long as people believe they do, if Armageddon happened tomorrow and all civilization was wiped out but there were still humans, the concept of rights would not hold true unlike the concept of truth which is never changing. When I say something exists i mean something that will always hold true and happen, like death. And the last thing about staying humble is because its just always good to not get over your own head, not saying you have to be a cuck but its good to have a balance imo.
anyone can tell me this. examples of people who tell me this are institutions of the state, lawyers, and political activists
rights are witnessed in physical interactions between the state and citizens
yes, you're witnessing rights now: you're exercising your right to freedom of expression, which is the ability to communicate without government interference
1. i can take your phone by force. does that mean that phones aren't real?
2. rights can be given, held, or lost, just like anything else that exists
3. Correct.
3.5. Does not follow
