yep. social proof makes everything a million times easier. most women wont even give a chance to mid guys who approach them in public just because "it's just some random guy from X", so if that's your MO, you have to be much more attractive to them to overcome this. odds killer for 98% of men, and the other 2% arent trying to get FOIDS that way anyway
