My dad wouldn't let me play videogames at all.
I had to wake up at 4 am to sit on the computer until 7-8 am when my parents woke up
He said "You have video game addiction"
I didn't, but I have wasting my time addiction.
It used to manifest in staring at the ceiling then, it manifests in staring at a screen now.
