As for the german-speaking countries, yeah indeed those places speak german, however from the genetic point of view, would it be wholly right for Germany to annex all those places (Switzerland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Austria) since they have a lot of Celtic admixture?

If I'm not mistaken only northern and central Germany are mostly germanic genetically, south of central germany starting the Celtic/Germanic admixture continuum ending mostly in the southern parts of the places ye stated. Given how genetically as I said northern and central Germany are slightly different from the rest of the German-speaking places, does it make sense to have them under a single country?

I'd say recovering Silesia could be more reasonable since Silesia had mostly Germanic genetics before being annexed by Poland, also The Netherlands if they felt german.
