Lately my mom has come to accept that I'm indeed unattractive to women, but for that she blames my hair,beard/stubble, and way I dress. Of course she would never accept that her ugly features that she passed on to me have caused me so much suffering.

She also often mentions that I look like my father although I don't. That's probably some elaborate coping trick to make her feel less guilty.

this reminds me of the phrase "a face only a mother could love." guess its true, only mothers dont see flaws or anything wrong with their sons
