u must've never spoken to a woman, that is generally a loss, not a gain

in order to reciprocate, men must give them money/resources for free and do nice things for them

how is it "free" if it's reciprocal for aforementioned action(s)

low t behaviour would be to not hold up your end of the trade and hoard your money/resources like a greedy bastard. what else are you gonna use them for? your brain has been biologically engineered to gain staisfaction from giving them to potential mates

simping isn't spending time/energy/money on women, it's doing that and getting nothing or close to nothing in return
also women simply wont respect you if you are too much of a giver
lack of selfishness is obviously an undesirable trait for men
