How to cook perfect butter fried eggs
#1
Take a teflon* or stainless steel pan, (I personally use copper pan because that's what i have around, if you're using a cast iron pan make sure that it's well seasoned with oil, otherwise the eggs can stick to the bottom of the pan) put it on the burner, raise burner to medium-high, when the pan is hot enough, melt one tablespoon of butter, it should be sizzling rather violently but not outright browning. Then, crack two or more eggs on the pan, depending on how you prefer your eggs (e.g; I prefer my whites set and the yolks runny or almost jammy) cook it until it's done to your likeness, if the yolk is cooking too fast and the whites are not setting fast enough, you can kill the heat and put a lid on the pan, it will be done when the yolks are slightly invisible by the whites, or you can melt even more butter and spoon baste the whites, the choice is yours. Salt and pepper to taste.

You can garnish your eggs with black pepper, or chopped chives, chopped parsley, cayenne pepper, or have it as is

In addition, you can toast couple slices of bread while you're at it. Remember, a heavy hand with the butter and toasted bread will make all the difference in the world in regards to the fried eggs

I just made this, and i'm eating it, this is precisely why I'm posting this thread

* don't use a sharp metal utensil on the teflon pan or you'll lose some T levels and IQ points
