I have serious dislike for loud extroverts

Why do they speak so loud? Do they think what they have to say is so important that people from the nearby building need to hear? Or is this another "establishing dominance" thing?

Some fat cuck friend of my sister just came over and started yelling so loud and fake laughing that I could hear him through 2 closed doors. Is he seriously trying to run that loud alpha extrovert gig, nobody is impressed by that, especially when u look like he does.
