I think my life went to shit when my dad started beating me to near organ failure for no reason. You can't act like an alpha male when you are humiliated and forced to submission in your daily life. I have a hard time raising my voice and yelling, during school I had a hard time standing up to bullies, my beta submissive behavior was not genetic but a result of pavlovian conditioning. The good news is that since it's something that's not innate, you can probably reverse it by conditioning yourself to be alpha. It just takes a lot of effort, thousands of hours of watching andrew tate and ben shapiro, and a lot of protein shakes.
